Southeast Asia (SEA) is located in southeastern Asia, including the Indochina Peninsula and the Malay Islands. The Indo-China Peninsula is named because it is located south of China. The slender part in the south is called the Malay Peninsula. The Malay Archipelago is spread in the vast sea between the Pacific Ocean and the Indian Ocean. It is the world's largest archipelago with more than 20,000 islands, belonging to Indonesia, Malaysia, East Timor, Brunei and the Philippines.
