喀麦隆(Cameroon)装船前符合性评估方案（PECAE）服务

自2016年8月31日起，喀麦隆标准与质量局 (简称ANOR) 启动喀麦隆装船前符合性评估方案(Cameroun Pre-shipment Evaluation of Conformity, 简称PECAE)，以确保产品的质量以及喀麦隆消费者的健康、安全和环境保护，及保护公众免受不合格的产品对公共健康、安全与环境的危害。
PNT可提供符合证明书（AC）证明货物符合相关批准的标准，此文件将交付至出口商。喀麦隆标准与质量局(简称ANOR)在符合证明书（AC）的基础上出具符合性证书（CoC）交付至进口商，并且该证书为清关所需文件。

喀麦隆符合证明书（AC）的申请流程简介如下：
 
1.出口商递交完整填写的申请表 Request for Certificate Form（简称RFC）, 申请表应详述货品情况，并提供产品质量文件如测试报告、技术参数、质量管理体系证书（如有）等；并递交形式发票和装箱单；
2. PNT确定计划下可行的实施方案和适用的标准；
3.如需测试, 可协调取样并实施实验室测试；
4.现场检验会在完成上述步骤后由离验货地点最近的检验办公室实施, 所有费用由申请方承担； 5.检验完成后出口商递交最终文件(商业发票和装箱单)；
6.出具证书并邮寄给出口商。
近日，喀麦隆标准与质量局ANOR公布喀麦隆装船前符合性评估方案PECAE (Cameroun Pre-shipment Evaluation of Conformity) 更新通知，自2019年5月21日起，将出口至喀麦隆的低电压电气设备产品（Low-Voltage Electrical Equipment）列入PECAE的管控范围内, 并开始强制执行其规定的产品符合性评定程序。
