为维护本公司（帕恩检测技术（杭州）有限公司 ）的公正性、诚实性，确保检验检测活动的独立性和保密性，本机构特向社会作出如下承诺
In order to maintain the impartiality and honesty of our company (Pioneer Testing Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd.), and ensure the independence and confidentiality of inspection and testing activities, our organization hereby makes the following commitments to the society：

1.遵守《检验检测机构资质认定管理办法》，《浙江省检验检测机构管理条例》，《检验机构能力认可准则》等有关法律法规对检验检测工作的要求，严格依法施检，严格依据标准开展检验检测活动，确保检验检测公正、科学、准确，高效，满意
We abide by 《Administrative Measures for Accreditation of Inspection and Testing Institutions 》, 《Regulations of Zhejiang Province on the Administration of Inspection and Testing Institutions》， 《Criteria for Accreditation of Inspection Bodies》 other relevant laws and regulations requirement and the standard to carry out inspection strictly to ensure fair, scientific and accurate，Efficient, satisfied inspection。

2.保证良好的职业行为，坚持公开、公平、自愿的无歧视服务原则
Ensure good professional conduct and adhere to the principle of open, fair and voluntary service without discrimination。

3.保护国家秘密、商业秘密和技术秘密；保护客户的所有权和专利权不受侵犯
To protect state secrets, trade secrets and technical secrets; To protect the ownership and patent rights of customers from infringement。

4.保证对委托方样品、技术资料、图纸和数据严格保密，切实保护客户机密信息和所有权
Ensure strict confidentiality of client's samples, technical data, drawings and data, and protect customer's confidential information and ownership。

5.保证对外独立开展检验检测服务工作，不受来自商业、财务等方面的干预和其它外部的行政压力
Guarantee to independently carry out inspection and testing services without interference from commercial, financial and other external administrative pressure。

6.不伪造检验检测数据，不出具虚假报告，对出具的检验检测报告的真实性、准确性负责，检验检测报告经授权签字人签署.
Do not falsify inspection and testing data, do not issue false reports, and be responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the inspection and testing reports issued. The inspection and testing reports shall be signed by authorized signatories。

7.保证不参与有损于检验检测的独立性和诚实性的活动，不参与影响检验检测结果判断的相关产品的设计、研制、生产、销售、安装、使用或维护等活动
Guarantee not to participate in any activity that may impair the independence and honesty of inspection and testing, not to take part in the design, development, production, sale, installation, use or maintenance of related products that affect the judgment of inspection and testing results。

8.贯彻执行“检验检测的行为公正，方法科学、结果准确、效率高效，服务客户满意，坚持质量第一，客户至上”等服务理念，公平、公正对待所有顾客，保证提供同等质量的优质服务。具备良好的职业道德和职业行为，不接受有碍检验检测公正性的礼品、请吃或馈赠，不进行一切有碍检验检测公正性的交往活动
Always implement the inspection and testing service concept of " fairness, scientific methods, accurate results, high efficiency , customer satisfaction, adhering to the quality first, customer first ,etc" ,and keep fair and impartial to ensure the same service for all customers. Have good professional ethics and behavior, do not accept gifts, please eat or present and not take part in any communication activities that hinder the fairness of the inspection and testing activity。

9.严格保守客户的技术、资料、数据及其他商业机密，不利用客户的技术和资料从事技术开发和技术服务
Strictly keep customers' technology, documents, data and other business secrets, and do not use customers' technology and data for technical development and technical services。

10.不违反国家和省有关价格管理的规定，严格执行省、市物价部门的收费标准，规范服务
Do not violate the national and provincial regulations on price control, strictly implement the charge standards of provincial and municipal price departments, and standardize services.。
